To manage multiple projects at once, you need to be able to focus on the things you want to do while setting aside the rest. This means getting rid of distractions and concentrating on completing the things you know you should do. Eric

Being assigned similar multiple projects, and multiple dis- similar projects has a hidden boundary of caution. One has to weigh the priorities and learn to say no also.

We may be assigned to work on several projects at the same time. This means we must have the ability to concentrate on each task for a longer period of time. We should start with the ones that require the most time and effort and complete those before moving on to the rest.ย  Eric Fritzke
